I have Breast cancer stage 2b. I will be one year already this coming September.
I have notice lately that my left upper arm where my lympnodes were removed from my left breasts has been getting bigger. What does this mean ? I am so worried.

Contact a medical professional immediately. This might be serious.
it might not be anything, but dont take chances, go to the doctor. hope you do well.
That’s breast cancer alert your doctor immediately (It can be other things but if you’re dealing with cancer it most likely is)
I just learned this in class 2 weeks ago. Lymphedema. lt’s a build-up of lymph fluid that can happen after excision of lymph nodes. It may continue to swell all the way down your arm. They didn’t tell you that might happen? That’s weird.
I hope your treatment is working! Good luck, honey!
This is probably lymphoedema, swelling of the arm due to an accumulation of lymph fluid in the soft tissue of the arm.
I have this; it developed over two years after my lymph node removal.
It isn’t reversable, but it can be managed; my swelling is less now than when my lymphoedema began.
Make an appointment to see a doctor as soon as you can to establish whether it is lymphoedema; I don’t know where you live, in the UK the first step would be to contact your breast care nurse.
I have found that my upper arm and armpit on the affected side have remained a bit swollen anyway, unconnected to my lymphoedema which is in my lower arm and hand.

Yes, very possibly lymphedema. It can occur in the arm, the breast, and the axillary region … one or all of the above.
It’s really important to get this attended to quickly, to minimize the chance of it getting worse .
