MASTECTOMY done.Investigation report:
Impression : Infiltrating duct carcinoma.Grade I I [ Nottinghams modification of bloom and Richardson’s grading system} right pateys mastectomy specimen.
= nipple and aroela is free from tumour.
= deep resected margin clearance is 0.8 cm.
= all 22 right axillary lympnodes { including seperately sent apical lymphnode} free of tumor.
pl. help me to understand about the grade and its effects on my wife s health and survival.pl. could any leading cancer surgen or any one who suffered with similar type of breast cancer ,may answer me. pl. help me.
