Francie Brunt – CIGNA Customer Experience

www.cigna.com | CIGNA’s Video Customer Experience Series | Leading a healthy, smoke-free and active lifestyle, Francie never imagined she would be a breast cancer survivor, or have a positive experience navigating through the medical insurance process. Thanks to her personal advocate, a CIGNA nurse case manager, Francie is thankful for how smoothly and quickly everything proceeded. She was able to focus on staying strong and beating cancer, while the CIGNA nurse case manager worked with her doctors to help them understand the system and “move things along.” “My case manager facilitated every single thing I needed,” said Francie. “Whether it was scheduling appointments quickly, dealing with doctors or helping secure the tests I needed, CIGNA made me feel safe. It felt like they were on my side during this difficult time in my life.”
