Susan Komen Race for the Cure – Puget Sound, June 5, 2011
This is the 5th year my friend and breast cancer survivor Carol have participated in the Susan Komen Race for the Cure. This year King County Executive Dow Constantine formed a team so I joined it. I raised $225.00 and thought it might be fun to try and document my experience. This is the result. If you ever get a chance to participate in a Susan Komen event, I’ll hope you’ll do it. It’s by far one of my favorite events of the year. (Even if I’m sore and exhausted afterwards.)
