Kid Fears: A Survivor’s Story


I made this movie for a speech I gave at a Relay for Life event… I am a 40ish year old breast cancer survivor and this semi-autobiographical film, set to Indigo Girls’ “Kid Fears”, is a tribute to some of the strongest, most beautiful people I have ever met… young survivors. Feel free to pass this along. AND THE MUSIC DOES COME IN AT :41 so hang in there…

Miss Nixon – Keep A Breast – This is My Story


Miss Nixon is the young survivor advocate for The Keep A Breast Foundation, and a breast cancer survivor. About Keep A Breast “This is My Story” Campiagn. Through written and video testimony young people impacted by breast cancer get a chance to express their inner feelings, make connections with others and learn coping strategies helpful to them and their loved ones. Keep A Breast records these testimonies and posts them on the KAB site, My Space page and You Tube page for the benefit of others.
