2009 PIP Survivor Steffanie


In the midst of attending law school and running half marathons, Steffanie was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 26. When told she would need a mastectomy, her first question was, How long until Ill be able to run again? Less than three months after surgery, Steffanie completed a half marathon and she raised more than $18000 for breast cancer research. Learn More about her story.
