Tattoo above breast?

I am getting a tattoo of the pink breast cancer ribbon in honor of my mother. I know that I want it on my right side since the right breast was where the cancer was. So I’ve decided to get it above my right breast, but I don’t know how far up.

I was wondering if anyone has gotten it in this area and if they have any tips. I don’t have a large bust or anything, just about a B, so I don’t think I have to worry THAT much about sagging. I was thinking that the area right before it gets cushiony would be a nice area.

Where is the least painful place on the body to get a tattoo?

I’m getting the breast cancer pink ribbon with my mom in a few months. The only problem is, I don’t know where to get it so that it would be tollerable pain. I was thinking my back but I’m not sure.
