Ana Castillo is a breast cancer survivor and is an activist in the cause. She recently used her Facebook page to help her cause, by posting a picture on her profile. Although she’s topless in the photo (perhaps–she could be wearing a wearing a more revealing top that actually shows some of her breast), a pink banner covers her chest, with the word “hope” inscribed.
