Tattoo above breast?
I am getting a tattoo of the pink breast cancer ribbon in honor of my mother. I know that I want it on my right side since the right breast was where the cancer was. So I’ve decided to get it above my right breast, but I don’t know how far up.
I was wondering if anyone has gotten it in this area and if they have any tips. I don’t have a large bust or anything, just about a B, so I don’t think I have to worry THAT much about sagging. I was thinking that the area right before it gets cushiony would be a nice area.
What do you think?

I got a tattoo above my right breast after I had 2 children already and I have since had 2 more children. The tattoo still looks great. I don’t think you have anything to worry about.
Depends on how much you want to show when wearing different shirts. Try on shirts for different occasions and see where they come to.
I hope you know that tattoos have been associated with lymphadenopathy (sometimes many years later), which in turn has been associated with breast cancer. How ironic it would be if a tattoo that was applied in honor of your mom should cause you to contract the same disease she had, which you undoubtedly have a family predisposition for anyway. Please reconsider. There are many other, safer ways to honor her.
get it on the breast
that will be just fine but it is going to hurt
I think that’s really special, actually. I like the idea and the idea for the placement. You go girl!
